Privacy Policy
Last updated September 19, 2026
This policy explains how Snydex Platforms collects, uses, and protects information when you visit our website, contact us, or request our services.
Information we collect
We may collect information you provide directly, including your name, email address, company, project goals, technology preferences, and messages submitted through our forms.
We may also collect limited technical information such as browser type, device information, pages visited, and general usage data through essential site technology and analytics.
How we use information
We use submitted information to review requests, communicate with you, prepare recommendations, provide services, improve our website, and maintain the security and reliability of our systems.
Website tools we use
Cloudflare provides website hosting and delivery. Google Analytics 4 helps us understand aggregate site activity. Google Forms stores Start Today and discovery-request responses, and EmailJS sends confirmation and internal notification emails. Our site may also load brand artwork from the Simple Icons content delivery network.
These providers receive only the information needed to perform their function. Their handling of information is also governed by their respective privacy terms.
Forms and communications
When you submit a Start Today or proposal request, we may send your email address, company name, AI preference, project goals, current tools, project description, and submission source to Google Forms and EmailJS. Google Forms provides our response record; EmailJS delivers a confirmation to you and a notification to our team.
How information is shared
We do not sell personal information. We share information with the website and project providers described above, with professional advisers when necessary, or when disclosure is required by law.
Your choices
You may contact us to request access, correction, or deletion of personal information, subject to applicable legal and operational requirements. You can also manage optional cookies through available browser or site controls.
Product-specific connected tools
Snydex Platforms offers multiple products and custom platforms. Connected tools are divided among those products based on each product’s purpose; no single product automatically connects to every service listed here.
For example, Snydex Email Explorer may connect, at the user’s direction, to Gmail or Google Workspace, Yahoo Mail, Microsoft email services, or a business mailbox using standard IMAP. Yahoo is one optional connected mail provider among several. Users choose which accounts to authorize and which connected inboxes the product may use.
Other Snydex products and client projects may integrate authorized systems such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Zendesk, Slack, Stripe, Notion, Calendly, QuickBooks, Zapier, Intercom, Google Drive, Dropbox, OneDrive, Amazon S3, AWS, Microsoft Azure, and Google Cloud. We connect only the tools included in the relevant product or approved engagement and access only the data and permissions needed for its stated functionality.
AI-enabled products may use SnydexAI model routing or client-selected providers such as OpenAI, Anthropic, Google Gemini, or Microsoft services. Product- and project-specific data handling, retention, and provider choices are documented in the applicable product disclosures or services agreement.
How information is stored
We retain information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described here. Storage location and retention depend on the relevant website feature, Snydex product, connected tool, or client engagement.
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards designed to protect stored information, including restricted access and appropriate credential handling. No internet-connected service can guarantee absolute security.
